In the world of the global pandemic, you may be wondering how your insurance carrier is doing.

Have they responded to the pandemic by offering you options for reducing your insurance costs, maybe even sending you a rebate for premiums paid during March thru June time frames?

Have they kept you, their valuable customer, informed of changes to due dates or response times, or have they left you wondering where they are when you need to make a claim or even just ask a question?

In general, the news from the insurance industry has been encouraging. Many large insurers were quick to send staff home in March and make necessary accommodations to allow the staff to continue to work from home.

Though customer care was spotty in March and April, companies and their staff quickly adjusted to the new reality and now customer care surveys are showing few differences between customer interactions pre Covid-19 and post Covid-19.
